No Handwriting Wednesday

Good afternoon,

Well, as the title of this post points out, we had no handwriting today. Instead, we did this...

...and then carried on with our learning about Moana Ngarimu.

We went over the his actions that won him his V.C., and then took notes/retold it in pictures.

Now, in theory, the children took home their inquiry books so that they can now use their own notes to tell you what happened. Hopefully.

Prior to that, in between reading groups, the J Team did some Jump Jam.

It was great to see Room 2 so very well represented on stage!

Right, on to tomorrow...hmmm, I'd better be quick, I let the boys out to explore the room and right now I'm not real sure where they are! Ah, there they are, just in front of my desk. Rats look funny when they run...

But I digress. Tomorrow we have some Kiwi Sport facilitators coming to school, and they will be taking the J Team in the afternoon. So, the children will be in their sports uniform all day. No need for dress uniform tomorrow.

Oh, and in case anyone is interested, we deconstructed this Ministry provided exemplar in writing this morning, to find that...well, you see if you can spot what is missing.

(Apologies for the scruffy handwriting, Foxit PDF allows you to write on PDFs, but it doesn't really like it that much!)
