Wild Wet Wellington Wednesday

Good afternoon,

The boys started their day in the manner in which they intended to carry on...

...relaxed!

For Reading Red Group shared a Joy Cowley classic, the Wild Wet Wellington Wind.

(A ministry audio clip of the story can be found here.)

The day ended with a bit of a rush...on books! It was pretty cool to see the children so excited to grab a new book.

And a good time was had by all.

For those of you who are taking a day off to enjoy the show...enjoy the show!

Mr Grant

P.S. R2 R.E. (and R3 R.E.) are having an R.E. assessment tomorrow about Mary. Specifically, why was she Tapu/special/precious to God? Think she had great mana, she was chosen and she said yes!

The children will also be asked about the attributes of a saint. So we discussed that this afternoon as well...
