Not too much to report really. We did some skipping...
...and wrote a card for the parents on the IWB...
('Twas a bit of a rushed activity. Sorry.)
...and some even decided that they want to try out for the Room 2 Jump Jam team.
Auditions will be on Monday. Possibly even tomorrow afternoon, though I'll have to get hold of a disk. Why auditions? Only 12 are allowed in a team, only one team per class. It's all for a Jump Jam Extravaganza that is being planned for Wednesday the 27th of October, from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Gold coin entry.
Right, tomorrow.
Well, as near as I can figure it, we're going unless it's raining when we get to school. The children all got a wee notice on their way out this evening saying, and I quote...
Willowbank Trip
As we are out in the open all morning children will wear their sports uniform tomorrow with warm layers underneath, and a jacket if weather looks doubtful!!
They must bring
- Morning Tea and Lunch in a named plastic bag. (It will be easier for transporting)
- Gumboots if you have them
- Sports shoes to change into before getting back on the bus
- A plastic bag for muddy boots
Parent helpers please be at school by 9 am so that you can help get your group ready.
